Shipping Policy

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

  • Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as customs or courier issues may occasionally cause delays.

Return & Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Return Window: If you’re not fully satisfied with your ElyScent purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition to qualify for a refund.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Exclusions: Essential oils, used candles, or items marked as final sale cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Warranty Policy

  • Coverage: All diffuser candles come with a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

  • Claims: Please provide photos or videos when submitting a warranty claim for faster resolution.

Safety & Usage Policy

  • Safe Use: Our flameless candles are designed to be safe — they do not produce open flames, heat, or soot. However, always use them on a stable surface and away from water sources.

  • Oils & Refills: Use only recommended oils for best performance. Avoid mixing unknown liquids that could damage the diffuser.

  • Children & Pets: Keep out of reach of young children and pets to prevent accidental spills or damage.
